Jewelry

• We do not allow jewelry for people under the age of 16 years, unless a parent or guardian has given consent
• Please note that your permanent jewelry can break if pulled/caught
• If the jump ring breaks within the first 14 days, we offer a free re-weld but only if you still have the original chain and the chain is not damaged

Deposits

• Deposits paid for individual appointments will be redeemable against the jewelry purchased during the time of your appointment.
• If no jewelry is chosen during the time of your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded

Rescheduling Appointments

• We need a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment

Cancelling Appointments

• We need a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment and to receive your deposit back

Removal/Damages

• If you need us to re-weld your jewelry (that you originally had made by Linked) then we can re-weld the bracelet for 50AED
• If you need us to remove your jewelry prior to a medical appointment, we can arrange for this and also keep your jewelry safe until you're ready to have it re-welded again  for 50AED
